About Us
Given the increasing competitiveness of medical school applications and reflecting on the struggles they endured in their medical school application processes, the co-founders of Aristotle's Mentorship: Medical Mentors & Coaches sought to help talented, under-resourced pre-medical college students (first-generation and/or low-income) reach their dreams of attending medical school.

We understand that there are additional challenges in coming from a lower socioeconomic background and being historically underrepresented in medicine. These barriers may make it difficult to pursue a career in medicine and research and may have lasting effects on the rest of their educational opportunities in the future.
AM Med Mentors & Coaches is a free, volunteer-based coaching initiative through which pre-medical students can communicate with and learn from experienced medical school coaches who also come from similar backgrounds. We provide 1:1 mentorship between medical students/residents/fellows and undergraduates. Nevertheless, we recognize that students need an exceptional team of mentors and coaches in order to help them successfully reach the next stage of their professional career. Therefore, we provide additional specialized coaching in three crucial areas: academic classes, the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) , and medical school applications. In doing so, we aim to assist the next generation of compassionate and empathetic medical students learn indelible skills that will help them to reach their dreams.
